How to Use the TaxDome Portal
Visit your secure tax portal anytime by clicking here: My Tax Portal Login. You might want to bookmark it for easy access during the tax season. Never share your personal password with anyone (not me, not a friend, not a bank, not a lender, no one). Your password can easily be reset at any time by you.
When we send you messages in the portal, you'll receive notification by email and be able to click on the link in the email. Once you save your password, you won't need to remember it for future access.
Avoid email and texting; please use the secure TaxDome portal to upload documents, read/send secure messages, and to view your tax returns for current and prior tax years.
TAXDOME FREE SMARTPHONE APP – ONETIME SETUP
From the App Store on your SMARTPHONE, find and download the "TaxDome Client Portal." It has a black background with TD in the middle.
Enter the email address and password set up on your computer (above).
You will be prompted to create a 4-digit PIN/passcode for more security (optional).
You will be asked if you want to use Face ID (optional).
Visit the portal easily anytime from your smart phone! You now have full access to communicate with us securely from your smartphone, and you can SCAN documents with your cellphone camera and UPLOAD them us for review.
HOW TO UPLOAD PDF DOCUMENTS FROM THE PHONE APP:
Open "TaxDome Client Portal" app on your smart phone.
Tap Upload Documents icon in upper left corner.
Tap "Document Scanner,” then OK for camera access.
Cell phone camera will open. Hold camera over document.
Camera will automatically frame the document and highlight it in orange.
Click the button in the center to take a picture, then Save or Cancel.
Take more photos until you are finished.
Tap "Done."
Name the document, tap Next, then Upload
To create another document, tap "Upload Documents" again. It is okay to scan several or all documents together in one pdf; they do not have to be separately scanned and labeled.
HOW TO E-SIGN DOCUMENTS IN TAX DOME:
Open email with signature request.
Click on ‘sign document.”
This brings you to the sign in page of the TaxDome portal.
Look under “To Do” tab for document pending signature.
Click “start.”
Click on “My Signature” bubble.
Choose “type” or “draw.”
Touch signature box.
Click “insert.”
Click “finish.”
